A day full of learnings and excitement comes for MM Group as we will be having our Annual Leadership Training (ALT) 2019 today, August 3 with a theme “Big Leap to Greater Success: Taking growth and expansion to the next level” as well as our Quarterly Evaluation and Training (QET) at The New World Hotel Manila.
This event is being held annually as management’s way to equipped team players with new ideas and learning that they may use in the everyday operations of Mega Mile Trans, MultiMind Enterprise and Moments and Memories Adventures.
Great and experienced speakers were invited by the Management to be part of this day as they will share their knowledge and experiences to the whole team and to encourage each and everyone to be a better version of themselves.
We at MultiMind Enterprise (MME) are so excited to share with you the highlights of our Annual Leadership Training (ALT) 2019 with a theme “Big Leap to Greater Success: Taking growth and expansion to the next level” happened at The New World Hotel Manila last August 3.
This event gives us learnings that we may use in our daily transactions with our clients and for improving ourselves. This year’s ALT helped us to be more motivated in Creating Superb Solutions to our clients’ needs and to continually serve them better. The success of their projects and events is also a success for all of us at MME!
It’s also a privileged for all of us to hear an inspiring talk from our very own, MM Group Co-Founder, Ma’am Michelle Moreno as she shared the 4Ps of Success – Purpose, Passion, Positivity and Perseverance. Your inspiring words really touched our hearts and empowered us a lot!
